Bulltec a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour COAL<\/strong><\/a> (groupe auquel appartiennent de nombreuses grandes surfaces) un syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectronique de calibrage des l\u00e9gumes dont la particularit\u00e9 est de pouvoir traiter deux produits diff\u00e9rents en m\u00eame temps.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ruggero Ricci<\/strong>, directeur de Bulltec explique : \u00ab Cela est possible car notre technologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour rendre le syst\u00e8me de calibrage des l\u00e9gumes polyvalent, simple et intuitif, aussi bien en termes de poids que de taille. Dans le cas sp\u00e9cifique de COAL, nous avons con\u00e7u une calibreuse \u00e0 deux canaux avec d’un c\u00f4t\u00e9 un tapis lisse utilis\u00e9 pour le calibrage de produits tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licats comme les courgettes, et un second tapis roulant plus large avec des bandes vulcanis\u00e9es pour des produits tels que les melons. \u00bb <\/p>\n

Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en partant du principe que COAL devait traiter plusieurs r\u00e9f\u00e9rences en m\u00eame temps, afin que les marchandises soient imm\u00e9diatement pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre distribu\u00e9es dans ses magasins.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nos syst\u00e8mes permettent au client de travailler toute la journ\u00e9e sans arr\u00eat de la machine, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une la m\u00e9canique simple con\u00e7ue pour traiter ce type d’articles de forme irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement difficiles \u00e0 calibrer avec un syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectronique traditionnel. Tout est mis en place avec une \u00e9lectronique simple et intuitive pour la gestion des jauges, en utilisant un syst\u00e8me de vision et de poids pour le triage du produit. \u00bb<\/p>\n
